All of our properties are self check-in and self checkout. We utilize keypads and smart locks on our doors, so entry and exit are keyless!
Our check-in hours are 4pm or after and checkout is by 11am on the day of your departure
You will be provided with the keypad and wifi codes along with instructions on the day of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Short term stay policy (less than 28 days)
We have a flexible cancellation policy. We allow our guests to cancel up to 24 hours before check-in and still receive full refund.
Long term stay policy (28 days or more)
Our long term policy stay policy allows guests to cancel for full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if they cancel 28 days before check-in.

Outstanding location! Walking distance to downtown Bentonville, 8th Street Market, Amazeum, and great restaurants. There is a studio kitchen that connects to the house that gave us all the space we needed to comfortably house 6 of us. Highly recommend this place whether you want to be out and about or relax in its comfortable setting. On top of that the hosts were very communicative and made our stay hassel-free.
Great place to stay! Incredibly clean, cozy and perfect location close to bike trails. Check in process was seamless and communication from the hosts was timely, clear and accurate. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone.
If you’re visiting Bentonville for it’s legendary mountainbiking offerings, this place is so perfectly located that its ridiculous. It’s almost like a ski chalet, where you can just roll out of bed, onto your bike and into the trails. Great communicative hosts. More than enough space for the 4 of us, with room for more. All the amenties you need with near new appliances and laundry machines. The place was very clean and well-kept, including extra blankets, pillows and all the comforts you need. Highly recommend.
Megan and Monty’s place was exactly as described! We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable home! It was a quick walk to the square and Compton Gardens & centrally located so it was easy to get to Crystal Bridges! The house was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. We had everything we needed & would highly recommend staying at the AirBnB. We will happily return for future Bentonville trips!
The house is very cute and excellent location! A short walk to the town square and a very short drive to Crystal Bridges. Very clean and has everything you would need. We loved sitting outside amongst the trees in a very private little area out the back door. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!
